Most people think of mudrooms as a typical part of older homes. In fact few houses include a mudroom.

Yet today, in a household with children, the mudroom has become an indispensable element.

 

A mudroom provides not only storage for coats, boots, school books and sports gear, it is usually the

portal through which most people enter your home. It also provides the junction between the inside

and outside.
